766-ARESOLUTION NO .766-A
A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH AN ACCOUNT WITHIN THE GENERAL
FUND TO BE ENTITLED "PETTY CASH FUND-PARKS DEPARTMENT".
WHEREAS,The Parks Department routinely accepts payments for space at
Cascade Park,for swimming activities,and for recreational events and
fees at locations other than City Hall,and
WHEREAS,It is necessary for employees to make change for customers
making such payments,and
WHEREAS,Provision of RCW 42.2 6.060 allows for the establishment of
a cash change fund to be used in the transaction of the agency's official
business,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,That an account be established with
in the General Fund of the City of Moses Lake to be known as the "Petty
Cash Fund -Parks Department",and that a maximum of $30.00 be recorded
into the account to be used as follows:
1.$10.00 McCosh Swimming Pool
2.$10.00 Cascade Park
3.$10.00 Central Recreation Building

4.Or other locations as may from time-to-time
be deemed necessary by the Finance Director.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 12th day
of July,1976.
