A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GIFT OF GOOD WILL AND UNDER
STANDING FROM JAPAN AIR LINES IN THE FORM OF MATERIALS
TO CONSTRUCT A BACKSTOP AT LAKEVIEW PARK.
WHEREAS Japan Air Lines has made a gift of materials for a baseball backstop
to the Park and Recreation Department of the City of Moses Lake to help meet
the recreational needs of the Community's people,and
WHEREAS Japan Air Lines is making a gift of friendship and mutual understanding
between Japan Air Lines and the City of Moses Lake,and
WHEREAS Japan Air Lines gift will further enhance the use of Lakeview Park,
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:that the gift of materials for a baseball
backstop be accepted;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:that the City of Moses Lake acknowledges its ap
preciation to Japan Air Lines for their contribution to recreational development
and continuous effort to create good will and a better understanding of culture
between Japan Air Lines and the Community of Moses Lake.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor this 20th day of
July ,1976.
