769RESOLUTION NO.769 A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF ELM STREET. WHEREAS,Western Cold Storage,Inc. has petitioned the City of Moses Lake for the vacation of that portion of Elm Street 60'wide and 93'in length located northwest of W.Broadway; WHEREAS,the petitioners represent all the ownership adjacent to this portion of Elm Street; WHEREAS,the State statues require a resolution be passed to set public hearings for street vacations; NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake,Washington as follows: Section 1.That a public hearing will be held at the regular Council Meeting on August 24,1976,at the hour of 8:00 P.M. in the City Hall for the purpose of determining the advisa bility of vacating a street described as follows: All of Elm Street as recorded on the plat of Block K,Neppel,shown in Volumn 1,page 78, recordings of Grant County,Washington.
