RESOLUTION NO.775
A RESOLUTION GRANTING KEN EARL PERMISSION TO BUILD ON
UNPLATTED PROPERTY AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE
NO.204 AS PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES
LAKE, WASHINGTON ON JULY 28, 1953.
WHEREAS no building permits shall be issued in unplatted areas,except upon
resolution by the City Council and with such requirements and conditions as
the City Council may require, and
WHEREAS a request has been received from Mr, Ken Earl to build on the
following described property:
The property on the west side of Pioneer Way between Sharon
Avenue and Nelson Road.
WHEREAS the Moses Lake Planning Commission has held a public hearing to
consider the preliminary plat for the above described property entitled
the Earl Addition.
WHEREAS the preliminary plat was approved by the Planning Commission and the
final form of the plat agreed upon, and
^NOW THEREFORE,be it resolved that permission to build on the above described
O unplatted property is hereby granted subject to the following conditions:

O 1.That a bond be posted with the City Treasurer for an amount
25 satisfactory to cover the cost of completing the plat including
the installation of all minimum improvements. This bond shall
be in a form satisfactory to the City Attorney. These minimum
improvements shall be completed within one (1)year or the
bond shall be forfeited. The developer may apply to the
Planning Commission for an extension of that time limit.
2. That no occupancy permits shall be issued for any building on
the above described property until all platting requirements
have been completed.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake,Washington,and APPROVED
by its Mayor this 24 day of August ,1976.
