A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY
OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,FOR UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,
or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be
accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council,
and
WHEREAS,Donald and Delia Ewald have presented an easement for the
construction of utilities to the City of Moses Lake,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the easement for the following
described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
A parcel of land located in the Northwest Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter of Section 26,Township 19 North,
Range 28 E.W.M.,described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Church of Christ
Plat,thence North 00°23'12"East a distance of 30
feet to the True Point of Beginning;thence continuing
North 00o23'12"East a distance of 20 feet;thence
South 89°37'49"East parallel to the center line of
Sharon Avenue a distance of 338.34 feet (plus or minus),
to the U.S.B.R.Canal Right of Way South 07°53'15"East
a distance of 20.24 feet (plus or minus),to the North
Right of Way line of Sharon Avenue,thence North
89°37'49"West a distance of 342.16 feet (plus or
minus)to the True Point of Beginning.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 21st
day of September , 19 76
