A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF
MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,FOR UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS,Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate,
or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be
accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council,
and
WHEREAS,Dorse and Margaret Oman have presented an easement for the
construction of utilities to the City of Moses Lake,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the easement for the following
described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
A 10'Utility Easement along the Southwesterly line of
Tract 74,Battery Orchard Tracts bordering Orchard Drive.
A 10*Utility Easement adjacent to the Southeasterly
property line of Tract 93,Battery Orchards Tracts,
bordering Marina Drive in Moses Lake,Washington.
A 10*Utility Easement adjacent to the Southeasterly
I property line of Tract 94,Battery Orchards Tracts,
bordering Marina Drive in Moses Lake,Washington.
A 10'Utility Easement adjacent to the Southeasterly
property line of Tract 96,Battery Orchards Tracts,
bordering Marina Drive in Moses Lake,Washington.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor on this 26th day
