826u RESOLUTION NO.826 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM HERMAN AND HULDA GOHL WHEREAS,Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate or any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until'a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council,and WHEREAS,Herman and Hulda Gohl have-presented a Quit Claim Deed conveying property for street purposes to the City of Moses Lake,. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Quit Claim Deed dated May 27, 1977 for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: Ten (10')feet for street purposes in Tax No. 4700, Section 28, T 19 N, R 28 EWM,described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the NE%NE%, Section 28;thence North 0o23'55n East along the West line of said subdivision 443.00 feet;thence 162.75 feet South Sg^S'SO"East to the Westerly Right of Way line of the road known as Marina Drive; thence 300.00 feet North 22°57'30"East along said Right of Way line to the True Point of Beginning; thence North 22o57'30"East a distance of 100.00 feet; thence North 89°55'50"West a distance of 10.85 feet; thence South 22°57,30"West a distance of 100.00 feet; thence South 89o55'50"East a distance of 10.85 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
