A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF
MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,FOR UTILITY PURPOSES *|"|
I
WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or \
any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted
until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council,and
WHEREAS,Leroy P.Johnson has presented an easement for the construction
of utilities to the City of Moses Lake,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the easement for the following
described property is hereby accepted by the city of Moses Lake:
A 10*utility easement in tax number 4318 in the NE%NE%,
Section 28, T 19 N, R 28 EWM,described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of the NE%NE%,Section 28;thence
N 0°23*55"E.along the W.line of said subdivision 443.00
feet;thence 162.75 feet S 89°55'50"E. to the westerly R/W
line of a road known as Marina Drive and the true point of
beginning;thence S 22°57*30" E. a distance of 478.00 feet
more or less;thence S 30°36'30"W.a distance of 48.2 feet;
thence N 89°55'50"W. a distance of 11.23 feet;thenceN30°36'20"E.a distance of 48.2 feet;thence N 220 57'30"IJ
E.a distance of 478.00 feet more or less;thence S 89°55'50"| J
W. a distance of 11.23 feet to the true point of beginning.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 14th day
of June ,1977.
