A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES
LAKE,WASHINGTON,ESTABLISHING A HEARING ASSESSMENT
ROLL FOR THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.30,FIXING
THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING UPON SAID ROLL AND PRO
VIDING FOR THE GIVING OF NOTICE IN THE MATTER PROVIDED
BY LAW
WHEREAS,the Public Works Director has prepared the final assessment
roll for the Local Improvement District No. 30 on Orchard Avenue between
West Broadway and Marina Drive and on Marina Drive between Interlake Road
and Orchard Avenue for installing water and sewer mains and said roll
is now on file with the City Clerk of the City of Moses Lake.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake,Washington,
as follows:
Section 1.That it is the intent of the City Council of Moses Lake that
a hearing be held on October 11, 1977, at 8:00 p.m. in the City Council
Chambers on the final assessment roll for L.I.D.No. 30 as prepared by
the Public Works Director.

Section 2.That at the time and place fixed for the hearing the City
Council will sit as a board of equalization and will consider the objec
tions made and will correct,revise,raise,lower,change or modify the
roll or any part thereof or set aside the roll and order the assessment
to be made de novo,and at the conclusion thereof confirm the roll by
Ordinance.
Section 3.That all persons who may wish"to object to said assessments
are notified to make such objections in writing and to file the same
with the City Clerk at or prior to the date fixed for such hearing.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor this 13th day of
September,1977.
