844-3_ RESOLUTION NO.844-3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE, WASHINGTON,ESTABLISHING A DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A STREET VACATION WHEREAS,the legal property owner of Blocks 1 and 4 of Eastlake Tracts has petitioned the City of Moses Lake for the vacation of the street which runs north from Hill Street and dead ends at Smith Mobile Manor; WHEREAS,the petitioner represents all the ownership adjacent to that portion of land; WHEREAS,the state statutes require a resolution be passed to set public hearings for vacations; NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake, Washington,as follows: Section 1. That a public hearing will be held at the regular Council meeting of August 8, 1978 at the hour of 8 p.m. in the City Hall for the purpose of determining the advisability of vacating a portion of land described as follows: A street which runs north from Hill Street and dead ends at Smith Mobile Manor.
