I A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES\j LAKE,WASHINGTON,ESTABLISHING A HEARING ASSESSMENT
ROLL FOR THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.36,FIXING
THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING UPON SAID ROLL AND PRO
VIDING FOR THE GIVING OF NOTICE IN THE MATTER PROVIDED
BY LAW
WHEREAS,the Public Works Director has prepared the final assessment
roll for the Local Improvement District No. 36 in the Knolls Vista area
adjacent to Lot 1'of Knolls vista #7 Addition,Lots 1 through 29 of
Knolls Vista #12 Addition,Lots 1 through 82 of Knolls Vista #13
Addition,Lot 5 of Knolls Vista #11 Addition and Lot 1 of Knolls Vista
5"#15 Addition by resurfacing the streets with asphaltic concrete paving,^repairing concrete curbing and storm drainage and the said roll is now
?\on file with the City Clerk of the City of Moses Lake.

tU BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake,Washington,
as follows:
Section 1.That it is the intent of the City Council of Moses Lake that
a hearing be held on February 21, 1978, at 8:00 p.m. in the City Council
Chambers on the final assessment roll for L.I.D.No. 36 as prepared by
•l the Public Works Director.
{j Section 2.That at the time and place fixed for the hearing the City
Council will.sit as a board of equalization and will consider the objec
tions made and will correct,revise,raise,lower,change or modify the
roll or any part thereof or set aside the roll and order the assessment
to be made de novo,and at the conclusion thereof confirm the roll by
Ordinance.
Section 3. That all persons who may wish to object to said assessments
are notified to make such objections in writing and to file the same
with the City Clerk at or prior to the date fixed for such hearing.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor this 24th day of
January #1978.
