860RESOLUTION NO.860 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,FOR UTILITY PURPOSES WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council, and, WHEREAS,Gus R.Tenaglia has presented an easement for the construc tion of utilities to the City of Moses Lake, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the easement for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: A parcel of land twenty (20)feet wide,bounded by lines parallel to and ten (10)feet distant on either side of the following described centerline: Beginning at the monument at the intersection of Lakeside Drive (formerly Gann Avenue)and Winona Street as shown on the subdivision of Battery Orchard Tracts #28,Grant County,Washington; thence North 57°51'16"West a distance of 8.00 feet;thence South 3 2°08'44"West a distance of 250.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing South 32°08l44"West a distance of 163.00 feet;thence South 45°44,59"West to the North Right of Way line of 1-90.
