A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF
MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,FOR UTILITY PURPOSES
V-"EUREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,
o,iy interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be
accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council,
and,
WHEREAS,.Richard Zornes and Mary L.Zornes,his wife,have presented
for the construction of street and utility purposes an easement to the
City of Moses Lake,
NO1,7.THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the easement for the following des-
bed property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
The Northerly 15.00 feet adjacent to the South
Boundary of Valley Road (County Road on Plat)
Lot 1,Knolls Vista Sixth Addition,Moses Lake,
as recorded in the records of Grant County,
Washington.
The above right of way description containing
approximately 0.02 acres,more or less.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor on this 14th day
of February,1978.
