863f RESOLUTION NO.863 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,FOR STREET AND UTILITY PURPOSES •7HEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate, j or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be taccepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council, end WHEREAS,Joseph C.Long has presented an easement for the construction of utilities to the City of Moses Lake, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the easement for the following .described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: A thirty foot wide portion of the Northeast quarter of ^Section 23,Township 19 North,Range 28 E.W.M.,Grant County,Washington,described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of Plum Street and Ironwood Drive,as shown on the plat of North Terrace No. 2 Addition to the City of Moses Lake;thence North 53°04,30"West a distance of 450 feet;thence North 36°55'30n East a dis tance of 668.94 feet;thence North 00°12'00"West a dis- L—tance of 159.67 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 42 in Block 6 of said North Terrace No.2;thence South 89o48'00M West a distance of 145 feet to the True Point of Beginning;thence South 00°12'00"East a distance of 140 feet;thence South 36o55'30"West a distance of 250 feet;thence South 53o04'30n East a distance of 30 feet; thence North 36°55'30"East a distance of 260.07 feet; thence North 00°12,00"West a distance of 150.07 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
