A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF
MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,FOR UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS,Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate,
or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be
accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council,
and,
WHEREAS,Rosa Karawsky and Gladys Lybbert have presented an easement
for the construction of utilities to the City of Moses Lake,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the easement for the following
described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
An easement fifteen (15)feet wide located adjacent to
•"•".-a portion of the Southerly boundary of Tract #47,
Battery Orchard Tracts,Grant County,Washington,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of said Tract #47;
thence North 32o08'44n East a distance of 16.31 feet;
thence North 81o01'16M West a distance of 163.15 feet;
thence South 32°08,44"West a distance of 16.31 feet;
thence South S^Ol'lG"East a distance of 163.15 feet to
the True Point of Beginning.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor on this 28th
day of February,1978.
