RESOLUTION NO.883
A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION
OF A PORTION OF ERNST PLACE
WHEREAS,Coughran Enterprises has petitioned the City of Moses Lake for the vacation
of a portion of Ernst Place?
WHEREAS, the petitioners represent all the ownership adjacent to this property;
WHEREAS, the state statues require a resolution be passed to set public hearings
for street vacation.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake,Washing
ton as follows:
Section 1. That a public hearing will be held at the regular Council meeting on
April 11, 1978 at the hour of 8 p.m. in the City Hall for the purpose of determining
the advisability of vacating a portion of Ernst Place described as follows:
A tract of land bounded by a line beginning at the southeast corner of said addition
to Moses Lake;thence south 89 59'58"west along the southerly boundary line of
said addition a distance of 120 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence south
89 59'58"west along the south boundary line of said addition a distance of 60
feet; thence north 00 37'40" east along the easterly boundary line of Lot 15 of
said addition a distance of 130.22 feet;thence on a curve to the left whose radius
is 20 feet an arc distance of 31.20 feet;thence south 89°591 58"west a distance
of 1.12 feet;thence on a curve to the right whose radius is 20 feet an arc distance
of 15.50 feet, said chord being south 67 47'34" east a distance of 15.12 feet;
thence on a curve to the left whose radius is 50 feet an arc distance of 70.39 feet
to the westerly boundary line of Lot 1 of said addition;thence south 00°37'40"
west a distance of 139.44 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake, Washington, and APPROVED by
its Mayor this 14th day of March ,Jf$78.
