RESOLUTION NO.886
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENTS TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,FOR
STREET IMPROVEMENT PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Resolution Ho.238 provider,that nil grants of real estate, or any interest therein,to the City of
Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council, and,
WHEREAS, Jessica I..Longston and Greg O.Zascr have presented easements for the construction of a drain system
to the City of Moses Lake,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the easement for the following described property is hereby accepted by
the City of Moses Lake:

A small parcel of land 8 feet wide in the NE quarter of the NE quarter of Section 27,Township 19
North, Range 28 E.W.M.,Grant County,Washington described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of Lot 50,Broadripple 03;thence North 46°09'30"West
for 100 feet;thence North 43°50'30"East for 8 feet;thence South 4f>°09'30"East for 100 feet;
thence 8 feet to the point of beginning.
Beginning at the most Easterly corner of Lot 49, Broadripple #3; thence South 43°50'30"West for
