A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,
WASHINGTON,FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest
therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been
duly passed by the City Council,and,
WHEREAS,H.P.Van Horn and Adeline Van Horn have presented an easement for street
^improvements in the City of Moses Lake,
,--NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the easement for the following described property
O is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
^A parcel of land 5'wide located in the NW 1/4 of Section 15
Township 19 North,Range 28 E.W.M.,Grant County,Washington
described as follows:
The Northerly five (5)feet of Tract No.33 of Park Orchards
Tracts adjacent to Valley Road (formerly Ash Road)as recorded
by the Auditor of Grant County,Washington.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor on this 9th day of May,1978.
