894RESOLUTION NO.894 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM THE ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH FOR THE PURPOSE OF AN ALLEY WHEREAS,Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate or any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council,and WHEREAS,the Assembly of God Church has presented a Quit Claim Deed conveying property to the City of Moses Lake, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Quit Claim Deeded dated December 6, 1977 for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: The southwesterly 30 feet of the following described property:That portion of the SE^of the SW^of Sec.23,R28,EWM,Grant County,Washington,described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 23,thence north 89 57'00"west along the north line thereof,a distance of 107.97 feet to the true point of beginning;thence south 00 22*26"west,a distance of 86.35 feet; thence deflecting 25°59,19"to the right for 45.36 feet along the arc of a circle with a radius of 100 feet;thence south 26 21"45"west, a distance of 234.66 feet;thence north 63 38'15"west,a distance of 140 feet to the easterly line of dedicated alley as shown on the plat of Assembly of God Addition,as per plat recorded in Vol. 6 of Plats,Page 18,records of Grant County,Washington;thence north 26°21,45"east,a distance of 277.73 feet;thence south 89°57'00"east a distance of 17.5 feet;thence north 0 22'26"east parallel to the east line a distance of 30 feet to the north line of the southeast quarter of the the southwest quarter;thence south 89 57'00"east, 100.03 feet along the north line of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter to the true point of beginning.
