903• RESOLUTION NO.90 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE, WASHINGTON,ESTABLISHING A DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AN ALLEY VACATION WHEREAS, the legal property owners of the lots adjoining the alley have petitioned the City of Moses Lake for the vacation of the alley extending for a distance of 195+_feet dedicated as part of Burress Tract No.5; WHEREAS, the petitioners represent all the ownership adjacent to that portion of the alley; WHEREAS, the state statues require a resolution be passed to set public hearings for vacations; NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake, Washington,as follows: Section 1.That a public hearing will be held at the regular Council meeting of September 12, 1978 at the hour of 8 p.m. in the City Hall for the purpose of determining the advisability of vacating an alley described as follows: A 30 foot wide alley extending for a distance of 195+feet dedicated as part of Burress Tract No. 5.
