937RESOLUTION NO.937 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO IMPROVE THE NORTHWEST AND NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF THE HIGHWAY 17 AND 1-90 INTERCHANGE IN SECTIONS 25, 26 AND 36 OF TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH,RANGE 28 EWM BY CONSTRUCTING AND INSTALLING A SANITARY SEWER AND WATER SYSTEM AND CONNECTING TO EXISTING FACILITIES AT SHARON AVENUE AND PIONEER WAY AND TO CREATE A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO ASSESS THE COST AND EXPENSE OF SAID IMPROVEMENT AGAINST THE PROPERTIES WITHIN THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SPECIALLY BENEFITED THEREBY,AND NOTIFYING ALL PERSONS WHO MAY DESIRE TO OBJECT TO SAID IMPROVE MENT TO APPEAR AND PRESENT THEIR OBJECTIONS AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD July 10, 1979. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of Moses Lake to order the improvement of the Kittleson area described as follows: A. All property lying on both sides of the following described centerline: Beginning at a point on the centerline of Kittleson Road which point is South 89o19'20"East,1152.00 feet of the South quarter corner of Section 25,Township 19 North,Range 28 EWM,which is the True Point of Beginning;thence North 89°19'20"West,1152.00 feet;thence North 89°18'10"West,2636.10 feet;thence North 00o32'30"East, 3126.02 feet. B.That portion of the Northeast quarter,Northeast quarter and the South half,Northeast quarter of Section 26,Township 19 North,Range 28 EWM, lying Southwesterly of the Right of Way of Pioneer Way,lying Easterly of the New High School Plat and lying Southerly of Sharon Avenue by instituting a sanitary sewer and water system. All the foregoing shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore prepared under the direction of the Public Works Director of the City of Moses Lake. Section 2.That the entire cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne and assessed against the property specially benefited by such improvement to be included in the local improvement district to be established as near as may be all property specially benefited by such improvement. Section 3.That all persons who may desire to object to the improvement herein men tioned are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Council in the City Hall,Moses Lake,Washington,at 8:00 o'clock p.m. on July 10, 1979,which time and place are hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to said proposed improvement,and all objections thereto,and for determining the method of payment of said improvement. Section 4.The Public Works Director of the City of Moses Lake is hereby directed to submit to the City Council on or prior to the 10th day of July,1979,all data and information required by law to be submitted.
