959RESOLUTION NO.959 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE, WASHINGTON FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A PORTION OF THE STREET INCLUDED IN LID #45 WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any inter est therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council,and WHEREAS,the City of Moses Lake,Washington,desires an easement for a public street along the east side of the Moses Lake headquarters property of the Columbia Basin Project,and the city has agreed to relocate fencing and any other facilities which may be needed in connection therewith,including protective guardrail;and WHEREAS,the Bureau of Reclamation has presented a proposed easement for said purpose which contains satisfactory terms and conditions and is considered to be in the best interests of the city, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the easement for the following described prop erty is ehreby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: All that portion of the NE%of Section 23,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,WM included within a strip of land measured at right angles to the center!ine,being 12 feet on the left and 12 feet on the right of the following described center!ine: Commencing at the north quarter-corner of said Section 23 and running thence north 89°48'east 1,313.0 feet along the north line of said NE%; thence south 00°12'east 160.0 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing south 00°12'east 212.0 feet to the point of terminus.
