967RESOLUTION NO.967 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE, WASHINGTON,FOR RIGHT OF WAY PURPOSES WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council,and, WHEREAS,Jessica L.Longston has presented an easement for the right of way for Battery Road to the City of Moses Lake, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the easement for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: A parcel of land located in Tax No. 3929 in Moses Lake Battery Orchards Tract 48 in Section 33,Township 19 North,Range 28 EWM, Grant County,Washington,described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Southwesterly boundary line, extended,and the Southeasterly boundary line,extended,of Tract 48;thence North 46°51,16"West a distance of 32.31 feet to the True Point of Beginning;thence continuing North 46 51'16" West a distance of 461.29 feet along the Southerly boundary line of said Tract 48;thence North 73 29"00"East a distance of 11.59 feet;thence South 46 51'16"East a distance of 460.05 feet;thence on a circular curve whose radius is 60.00 feet and whose center is at the intersection of Peninsula Drive and Battery Road on a chord distance of 11.01 feet and chord bearing of South 67°51'38"West to the True Point of Beginning.
