A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,
WASHINGTON,FOR UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS,Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any
interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a
resolution has been duly passed by the City Council,and
WHEREAS,Kenneth W.and Virginia A. Hill have presented an easement for the
construction of utilities to the City of Moses Lake,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the easement for the following described
property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
A parcel of land located in Lot 3 in the Replat of Tract 28,
Battery Orchards Tracts,in the Southeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 28,Township 19 North,Range 28 EWM,Grant County,
Washington,described as follows:
Beginning at the monument at the intersection of Winona Street and
Peninsula Drive;thence South 32 08'44"West 30.00 feet;thence South
57 51'16"East 20.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning;thence
continuing South 57 51'16"East 10.00 feet;thence South 32°08'44"
West 75.00 feet;thence North 57°51'16"West 10.00 feet;thence
North 32°08'44"East 75.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor on this 8th day of
January ,1980.
