RESOLUTION NO.9 76
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,
WASHINGTON,FOR UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS,Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any
interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a
resolution has been duly passed by the City Council,and,
WHEREAS,Jack R.and Loretta M.Mitchell have presented an easement for the
construction of utilities to the City of Moses Lake,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the easement for the following described
property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
A parcel of land located in Tax No. 3851 in Moses Lake Battery
Orchard Tract 13 in Section 27,Township 19 North,Range 28 EWM,
Grant County,Washington,described as follows:
Beginning at the monument at the intersection of Peninsula Drive
and Schnierla Avenue;thence North 32°08'40"East 185.05 feet;
thence North 57 51'30"West 20.00 feet to the True Point of
Beginning;thence continuing North 57 51'30"West 10.00 feet;
thence South 32°08'40"West 39.59 feet;thence South 89°29'20"
West 19.07 feet;thence North 32°08'40"East 55.83 feet to the
True Point of Beginning.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor on this 8th day of
January 1980.
