RESOLUTION NO.9 84
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,
WASHINGTON,FOR UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS,Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any
interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a
resolution has been duly passed by the City Council,and,
WHEREAS, Clifford B.and Marjorie N.Hogue have presented an easement for the
construction of utilities to the City of Moses Lake,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the easement for the following described
property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
A parcel of land located in Tax No.1111A in Moses Lake
Battery Orchard Tract 23 in Section 27, Township 19 North,
Range 28 EWM,Grant County,Washington,described as follows:
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of Wee Acres Addition,
Grant County,Washington;thence South 32 08'44"West 100.00
feet;thence North 57°51'16"West 10.00 feet;thence North
32°08,44"East 100.00 feet;thence South 57°51'16"East 10.00
feet to the point of beginning.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor on this
January,1980.
