57AWJ \~J RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FIXING THE TIME FOR A PETITION TO VACATE A STREET TO BE HEARD. WHEREAS,the abutting property owners of Central Avenue within the City of Moses Lake,between Third Street and Broadway Street have petitioned the City of Moses Lake to vacate said street and in consideration thereof,Third Street will be extended Westerly to connect with State Highway No. 18. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE AS FOLLOWS: The City Council of the City of Moses Lake hereby fixes the time of 8:00 P.M.November 28, 1950, at the City Hall in the City of Moses Lake,when said petition hereinbefore described shall be heard and determined; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to post three (3)written notices in three of the most public places in said City and a like notice in a conspicuous place on the street to be vacated, which notice shall contain a statement that a petition has been filed to vacate the street,which shall be described in said notice together with a statement of the time and place fixed for the hearing of the petition.
