WHEREAS,the City Council of Moses Lake .Washington has been informed
that the Departaent of Highways of the State of Wasninrrton is considering the pro
graming of a highway improvement project on a section of Primary State
Highway No*18,F.A.S.Route N0.999 ,in the City of Moses Lake .said
section being further described as follows %
Automatic flashing light signals at grade crossing of CM.St.P.&
PS Railroad,at an estimated cost of $7*000.00.
AND WHEREAS,the said Department of Highways further proposes that said
improvement is to be financed from State Motor Vehicle Funds supplemented with
Federal Aid Secondary Funds available to the State of Washinfrton and reserved for
use on the state highway system^
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Moses Lake
hereby concurs in the selection of the above described project.
IT IS FURTHER RI30LVED THAT a copy of this resolution be transmitted
to the Washington State Highway Commission at Olympia,Washington.
