, Ord ^ RESOLUTION NO.ft?• A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Moses Lake, Washington,creating a Construction Fund for Local Improvement District No.k of the city for the pur pose of paying all of the costs of the improvements to be constructed and installed in said local improvement district,including all costs incidental thereto. WHEREA3,by proceedings duly and regularly taken and by inance No.Jj.00 ,passed and approved \V i-\3 ^,1953,Local Improvement District No.n_of the city was created and the construction and installation of certain improvements therein were authorized;and Vh-\\WHEREAS,the town has entered into an agreement with WrrrHny:::^>!i^--~»-i^>',investment bankers of Seattle,Washington, under date of ^j ivV>j j whereby said firm has agreed to purchase all the warrants drawn on Local Improvement District No._l/_Fund,created by Ordinance No.D ^l>and issued for the purpose of paying all of the costs of said local improvement district,including all of the same incidental thereto;and WHEREAS,it is necessary that the money received by the city from said.from the sale of paid warrants be placed in a special construction fund and be used to pay all of said costs;and WHEREAS,it is necessary that such special fund be now created for ©id purposes; NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,as follows: That there be and is hereby created a special fund of the city to be known as "Local Improvement District No./Construction Fund." All moneys received from the sale of warrants drawn on Local Improvement District No._/Fund,created by Ordinance No.^^,shall be placed In said Construction Fund, and shall be used solely for the purpose of . ^w paying all costs of the construction and installation of the improvements in said local improvement district,including all costs incidental thereto.
