A RESOLUTION OP THE council of the City of Moses Lake,
Washington, fixing the precinct and polling place and
naming the election officials for a Special Election
to be held within the City on March 9,1951|»
WHEREAS,by Ordinance No.2l£,passed and approved on
January 12,1954*the Council has provided that a Special Election
be held within the City of March 9,195Uj for the purpose of sub
mitting propositions to the qualified electors of the City as to
whether it should issue and sell two issues of its general obligation
bonds for certain municipal purposes;and
WHEREAS,under the laws of the State of Washington the
jurisdiction over such election rests with the City and,therefore,
it is necessary that the precinct and polling place therefore be
fixed and the officials to serve at each polling place be named;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Moses Lake,Washington,as follows:
The precinct,polling place and election officials to
serve at the polling place for the Special Election to be held
within the city on the Two Bond propositions on March 9,1954*are
hereby fixed and named as follows:
