WHEREAS,the Moses Lake Consolidated School District
No.161 have agreed to convey by Warranty Deed the Southwest 30
feet of the Peninsula School property,more particularly describ
ed as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of Lot 9
Block 4 of Capistrano Park,Grant County,Wash
ington,according to the plat thereof filed August
20,1946;thence South 44°27,20M W for a distance
of 583.95 feet;thence S 0°20tAbu W for a distance
of 275.35 feet:to the true point of beginning;
continuing S 0620,45M W for a distance of 41.79
feet; thence S 45°32M0M E for a distance of 440.79
feet;thence N 32°08t44M E for a distance of 30.72
feet;thence N 45°32140H W for a distance of 463.32
feet, to the true point of beginning.
for the creation of a street; and the said school district further
agreed to pay the sum of $200.00 for the installation of a fire
hydrant.
WHEREAS, the Moses Lake Planning Commission has recomm
ended by resolution that in the interests in proper platting there
should be a 60 foot street at this location, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Moses Lake r,hall require
an additional 30 feet to be dedicated,for street purposes in a
certain strip of land 30 feet wide and parallel and adjacent to the
Southwest of the properties hereinbefore described,to create a 60
foot street.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake
and approved by the Mayor this &—day of June,1954.
