of platting procedure,are through or adjacent to platted areas ,the
property thro'hich tl iter mains or sewers arc extended,or

to the water main or s<extension until there is filer1 with the
City Engineer a wril L "ment from the original install ,
or his successor in interesl ,-ting that satisfactory aments
have been made for nt of that portion of

connection.

acknowledgement from the original installer,or his successor in
interest,setting forth that there has been reimbursement for that
portion of the water main or ,the prop
erty to be platted.
