A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES
LAKE,WASHINGTON,ACCEPTING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.12,FIXING THE TIME AND
PLACE FOR HEARING UPON SAID ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR THE
GIVING OF NOTICE IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY LAW.
WHEREAS,J.Garth Anderson,Acting City Engineer,has prepared
the final assessment roll for Local Improvement District No.12,and has
filed the same with the City Clerk,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 .That the assessment roll for Local Improvement District
No.12,as prepared by the Acting City Engineer and on file with the City
Clerk,be and the same is hereby accepted,and that the time for hearing
upon said assessment roll is hereby fixed at 8:00 o'clock p.m.in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall,Moses Lake,Washington,on the 24th
day of January,1961,and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to give notice of the hearing and of the time and place thereof in the
manner provided by law.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake,Washington,
at a regular meeting thereof,and APPROVED by the Mayor,this 27th day of
December,1960.
