WHEREAS,it has come to the attention of the City Council that a certain
budget item within the Current Expense Fund of the 1961 Budget is insuf
ficient to carry the actual costs in its respective classification of
expense,and
WHEREAS,there are funds available from unappropriated Utility Tax
Revenue within the City of Moses Lake Current Expense Fund,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED:
There is hereby transferred and appropriated from unappropriated Utility
Tax Revenue within the Current Expense Fund of the City of Moses Lake,
to Budget Item 2 0 of the 1961 Budget of the City of Moses Lake entitled
"Insurance and Bonds",the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($2,500.00).
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor this 12th day of
September,1960.
