A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF A CORRECTIVE
EASEMENT FOR UTILITIES TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE
WHEREAS,Resolution No.23 8 provides that all grants of real estate or
any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted
until a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City
Council,and
WHEREAS,Montie Levinson and Melva Olsen Levinson,husband and wife,
and George Walker and Viola C.Walker,husband and wife,have presented
a Corrective Easement for utilities to the City of Moses Lake,to CORRECT
Easement 399581,given the 11th day of November,1961,and recorded in
the Grant County,Washington Auditor's office on the 28th day of Decem
ber,1961,in the Book of Records,Book 157,Page 665,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED:
That the Corrective Easement,dated February 19,1962,more particularly
described as follows,is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
An Easement for utilities in the SW?of the SEi,of Section 28,
Township 19 N.,Range 28 EWM,Grant County,Washington,
described as follows:
Beginning at the S?corner of said Section 28;thence S.89°46'47"
E.101.40 feet;thence N.32°08'44"E.126.44 feet;thence S.
89°46'47"E.,340.87 feet;thence N.11°25'W.61.17 feet;
thence N.89o46'20"W.314.66 feet;thence N.00o07'44"E.
110.98 feet;thence N.89°52,16"W.60.0 feet;thence S.
00°07'44"W.103.70 feet;thence through a curve toward the
West with a central angle of 32°01'00"and a radius of 100 feet
a distance of 55.87 feet;thence S.32°08'44"W.129.43 feet;
thence N.57°49,36"W.44.87 feet;thence S.00°07'44"W.
35.38 feet,to the Point of Beginning.
