262RESOLUTION NO.262 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY TO CREDIT BUREAU OF CENTRAL WASHINGTON,INC.,A CORPORATION,IN FULFILL MENT OF REAL ESTATE CONTRACT WHEREAS,under date of May 14,1959,the City of Moses Lake,a municipal corporation,as seller,entered into a real estate contract with Credit Bureau of Central Washington,Inc.,a corporation,as purchaser,for the sale and purchase of the following described real estate,to-wit: That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 22,Township 19 North,Range 28 E.W.M.,described as follows: Beginning at the most Easterly corner of Lot 12 in Block 42 of Guffin Tract No.2,Moses Lake,Grant County,Washington,as per plat recorded in Volume 2 of Plats,page 107,records of Grant County,Washington; thence South 53°41'2 0"West,along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 12 and said Southeasterly line extended, a distance of 14 0 feet;thence North 36°18'40"West 5 0 feet;thence North 53°41'20"East 140 feet,to the most Northerly corner of Lot 11 of said Block 42;thence South 36°18'40"East 50 feet to the point of beginning; EXCEPTING therefrom Lots 11 and 12,Block 42 of said Guffin Tract No.2, Free of encumbrances except:Easements,restrictions, reservations and rights of way of record. and, WHEREAS,Credit Bureau of Central Washington,Inc.,a corporation, has paid the full purchase price to the City of Moses Lake,a munici pal corporation and is entitled to a Warranty Deed in fulfillment of said real estate contract; NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute a Statutory Warranty Deed,naming the City of Moses Lake, a municipal corporation,as Grantor,and Credit Bureau of Central Washington,Inc.,a corporation,as Grantee,conveying the above- described real estate.
