RESOLUTION NO.263
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF
AN EASEMENT FOR UTILITIES TO THE CITY OF
MOSES LAKE.
WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate
or any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted
until a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City
Council,and
WHEREAS,the HOME MISSION BOARD OF THE SOUTHERN BAPTIST
CONVENTION,a corporation of Fulton County,Georgia,has presented
a conveyance granting an easement for utilities to the City of Moses
Lake,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED:That the easement dated March
15,1962,more particularly described as follows,is hereby accepted
by the City of Moses Lake:
"That portion of the SWi of Section 23,Township 19 North,
Range 28 E.W.M.,Grant County,Washington,described
as follows:
"Beginning at the South i corner of said Section 23;thence
North 0°22,26"East along the north-south centerline ot said
Section,30 feet;thence South 89°44'40"East parallel to the
South line of said Section,221.02 feet to the true point of
beginning;thence continuing South 89°44'40"East 30 feet;
thence on a 200 foot radius curve to the left an arc length
of 126.53 feet;thence North 35°59'30"West 134.82 feet;
thence South 54°08,50"West 30 feet;thence South 35°59'30"
East 134.89 feet;thence on a 170 foot radius curve to the
right an arc length of 107.55 feet to the true point of beginning.
"With the right of ingress and egress thereto and the right to
construct,repair or replace utilities which may hereafter be
located thereon."
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor this 10th day
of April,1962.
