264RESOLUTION NO.264 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF AN EASEMENT FOR UTILITIES TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE. WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate or any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council,and WHEREAS,BESS GRIFFITH,a single woman,and JOHN SANDBERG, a single man,have presented a conveyance granting an easement for utilities to the City of Moses Lake, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED: That the easement dated April 18,1962,more particularly des cribed as follows,is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: An easement for utilities in Sec.28,T.19N.,R. 28 E.W.M.,Grant County,Washington,described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 28; thence S.00°31,10"W.a distance of 1120.06 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 8,Tullis Addition, Moses Lake,to the true point of beginning;thence S.00o31'10"W.a distance of 10 feet;thence N. 89°28'50"W.a distance of 150 feet;thence N. 00°31,10"E.a distance of 20 feet;thence S.89°28,50M E.a distance of 150 feet;thence S.00°31,10"W.a distance of 10 feet to the true point of beginning.
