A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE
OF AN EASEMENT FOR UTILITIES TO THE CITY
OF MOSES LAKE.
•'~|WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants ofreal
*—'estate or any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake,shall
not be accepted until a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly
passed by the City Council,and
WHEREAS,BJARNE OLSON and MARCELLA OLSON,husband and
wife,have presented a conveyance granting an easement for
utilities to the City of Moses Lake,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED:
That the easement dated April 20,1962,more particularly des
cribed as follows,is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
U!An easement for utilities in Sec.28,T. 19 N.,R. '[28,E.W.M.,Grant County,Washington,des
cribed as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of said Section 28,thence
S.00°3ri0"W.a distance of 1120.06 feet to the SW
corner of Lot 8,Tullis Addition,Moses Lake;thence
S.00°31'W.a distance of 10 feet;thence N.
89°28'50"W.a distance of 150.0 feet to the true
point of beginning;thence N.89°28,50"W.a distance
of 60 feet;thence N.00°31,10"E.a distance of 20
feet;thence S.89°28'50"E.a distance of 60 feet;
thence S.00°31'10"W.a distance of 20 feet to the
true point of beginning.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor this 24th
day of April,1962.
