RESOLUTION NO".271
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXCHANGE OF
REAL PROPERTY BETWEEN THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE
AND THEODORE J.KURSAWE AND ANNIE M.KURSAWE
HUSBAND AND WIFE.
WHEREAS,The City of Moses Lake desires to exchange a parcel of real
estate located in McCosh Park for a parcel of real estate owned by
Theodore J.Kursawe and Annie M.Kursawe,husband and wife,and
WHEREAS,it is to the best interest of the City of Moses Lake that said
exchange of real estate be made in order to square up the boundary line
of McCosh Park:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED:
That the City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
a Warranty Deed on behlf of the City of Moses Lake naming Theodore J.
Kursawe and Annie M.Kursawe,husband and wife,as Grantees,conveying
the following described real estate,to-wit:
A tract of Land in the SEi of the NEs of Section 22,T.19,
North,Range 28 E.W.M.,described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of the NEi NEi of Sec.22,
T.19N,Range 28 E.W.M.,thence S 89°54,40"E.
298.38 feet to the Northeasterly right of way boundary
of Dogwood Street,and the True Point of Beginning;
thence,S.89°54'40"E.86.97 feet;thence S.53°41,20"
W.7 0 feet to the Northeasterly right of way boundary of
Dogwood Street,thence N.36o18'40"W.51.61 feet
along said right of way boundary to the True Point of
Beginning,situated in the County of Grant,State of
Washington.
in exchange for the conveyance by Warranty Deed from Theodore J.Kursawe
and Annie M.Kursawe,husband and wife,naming the City of Moses Lake
as Grantee,covering the following-described real estate:
A tract of land in the NEi NEi of Sec.22, T.19 N, Range
28 E.W.M.,which is Lot 20,and a portion of Lot 19,
Block 42 of Guffin Tract #3,as recorded with the Grant
County Auditor,described as follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 20,Block 42 of Guffin
Tract #2;thence N.36°18,40"West 51.61 feet;thence
S.53°4r20"W.70 feet;thence N.89°54,40"W.86.97
feet to the True Point of Beginning,situated in the County
of Grant,State of Washington.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that both conveyances above described shall be
free of encumbrances except easements,restrictions,reservations and
rights of way of record.
