272RESOLUTION NO.272 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF A CORRECTIVE DEED FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE. WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 Provides that all grants of real estate or any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council,and WHEREAS,THE GRANT COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO.161 has pre sented a Quit Claim Deed for a public right-of-way to the City of Moses lake,to CORRECT Easement 210606 recorded in Book 109,Page 212, records of Grant County Treasurer,Grant County,Washington. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED: That the Quit Claim Deed,dated July 25,1962,for the following described real estate,is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: Commencing at the intersection of Division St.(now "A"St.) and Lakeside Drive in Section 22,Township 19 North,Range 28 E.W.M.,as recorded in the Plat of Reaugh Addition with the Grant Country,Washington Auditor;thence N.89°55'50" W.400 feet to the True Point of Beginning;thence N.31°03'10" E.73 0.58 feet;thence through a curve to the left with a central angle 67°20\a radius of 390.28 feet,and a length of 458.65 feet,thence N.36o16'50"W.76.57 feet;thence N.53°43'10" E.10 feet to the centerline of Dogwood and Fourth Avenue; thence N.36°16,50"W.260.65 feet;thence N.89°54'40" W.49.70 feet;thence S.36o16'50"E.356.71 feet;thence through a curve to the right with a central angle of 67°2 0', a radius of 360.28 feet and a length of 42 3.39 feet,thence S. 31°03'10"W.748.57 feet;thence S.89o55'50"E.34.98 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
