292RESOLUTION NO.292 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF A DEED FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE. WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate or any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council,and WHEREAS, CLARENCE L.and JOYCE R. JONES (husband and wife) AND JOSE and MANUELLA GARZA (husband and wife)have presented a Quit Claim Deed for a public right-of-way to the City of Moses Lake, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED: That the Quit Claim Deed,dated February 27,1963,for the following described real estate for the purpose of additional street right-of-way along Peninsula Drive is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: A portion of Lot 1,Block 2,of Replat of Tract #31 of Battery Orchards Track #31 in Section 33,T.19 N., R.28 EWM,Grant County,Washington,described as follows: Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot 1,Block 2,of said addition;thence S 32°08,44"W.140 Feet to the most westerly corner of said lot;thence S 57°5ri6" E.10 feet;thence N 32°08'44"E.140 feet;thence N57°51,16"W.10 feet to the point of beginning. It is understood that Clarence L.and Joyce R.Jones are the owners in fee simple of said lot 1,and that Jose and Manuella Garza are the purchasers of said lot 1 by real estate contract.
