A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE
TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE
WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate or
any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted
until a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City
Council,and
WHEREAS,Frank Myers,also known as U.Frank Myers,and Alice Myers,
husband and wife,have presented a Statutory Warranty Deed conveying
property to the City of Moses Lake,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED:
That the Statutory Warranty Deed dated May 31,1963,for the following
described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
A portion of Tract 30 of Park Orchard Tracts,as per plat filed December 7,
1914,records of Grant County,Washington,located in the Southeast i of
the Northwest J of the Northwest i of Section 15,Township 19 North,Range
28 E.W.M.,Grant County,Washington,described as follows:
Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 15;thence South
89053'17n East a distance of 1,317.40 feet to the intersection of Grape
Drive and Valley Road (formerly Ash Road);thence North 0°09l53"East
a distance of 1,350.31 feet;thence South 89°56'49"West a distance of
30 feet to the Southeast corner of said Tract 30;thence continuing South
89°56'49"West a distance of 10 feet to the true point of beginning;thence
continuing South 89056'49n West a distance of 70 feet;thence North 0°09,53"
East a distance of 130 feet;thence North 89°56'49"East a distance of 70 feet;
thence South 0°09,53H West,a distance of 130 feet to the true point of
beginning.
SUBJECT TO:Easements,restrictions,reservations and rights of way of record
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor this 11th day of June,
1963.
