299RESOLUTION NO.299 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF A CLEAR ZONE EASEMENT FOR AIRPORT PURPOSES TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate or any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council,and WHEREAS,HOWARD E.AND ELIZABETH A. YORK (husband and wife)have presented a Clear Zone Easement for airport purposes to the City of Moses Lake,and agree for the benefit of the public in its use of the Airport,they will not hereafter erect,or permit the erection or growth,of any structure, tree,or other object within the portion of real estate which lies within the northern clear zone approach area of the N S runway,said clear zone approach surface being an inclined plane with a slope of 20:1 (one foot of elevation for each 20 feet of horizontal distance)located directly above the clear zone approach area,which inclined plane has an elevation of 1,2 00 feet MSL at its inner and lower edge and an elevation of 1,250 feet MSL at its outer and upper edge. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED: That the Clear Zone Easement,dated April 15,1963,for the following described real estate for airport purposes is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: Beginning at the SE corner of Section 12,T.19 N.,R.28 E.W.M.; thence N 89°17,10"W.a distance of 785.0 feet;thence N 0°33'46" E.a distance of 600 feet;thence S 89°17'14"E.a distance of 785.0 feet;thence S 0°33'50n W.a distance of 600.0 feet to the point of beginning.
