310RESOLUTION No.310 WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Moses Lake desires to vacate that portion of Chestnut Street lying within land owned by the City of Moses Lake proposed to be developed as a civic center and WHEREAS it is necessary to fix a time for hearing on the advisability of vacating the street hereinafter described NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing will be held on December 10,1963 at the hour of 8 o'clock PM in the City Hall for the purpose of determining the advisability of vacating that portion of Chestnut Street lying within the proposed civic center for the City of Moses Lake,more particularly described as follows: That portion of Chestnut Street,formerly known as PSH No.18 in Moses Lake,Grant County, Washington,lying between the extension of the Southeast (SE)boundary of the plat of Penhallick Trust No.1 as recorded in the records of the Grant County Auditor,Volume 7,page 57,and the Northwest (NW)boundary of Fifth Avenue.
