A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL
ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON
WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate or
any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake shall not be accepted
until a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council,
and
WHEREAS,ERIC D.PETERSON and CATHERINE PETERSON,his wife,have
presented a quit-claim deed conveying property to the City of Moses Lake,
NOW,THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED:That the quit-claim deed for the following described
property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
That portion of the Southeast Quarter (SE i)of the
Southeast Quarter (SE i)of Section 23,Township
19 North,Range 28 EWM.,Grant County,Washington,
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 23,
thence North 00°18'10"East 30 feet along the East line
of said section;thence North 89o44'40"West 30 feet
to the true point of beginning;thence North 89o44'40n
West 65.27 feet;thence North 15o15'20"East 180.51 feet;
thence along a curve to the left with a radius of 543 feet and a
central angle of 15°ir50"144.03 feet;thence South 00°18,10"
West,316.77 feet to the true point of beginning.EXCEPT
that portion thereof lying in the South i of the South i of
the Southeast Quarter (SEi) of the Southeast Quarter (SE?)
of said Section 23.
