A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE
OF REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,
WASHINGTON
WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate or
any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake shall not be accepted until a
Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council,and
WHEREAS,FRANK B.MOULTON and J.PAULINE MOULTON,husband and
wife,have presented a statutory warranty deed conveying property to the
City of Moses Lake,NOW,THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED:That the statutory warranty deed for the following described
property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
That portion of Government Lot 5 in Section 22,Township 19 N
Range 28 EWM and lying westerly of the railroad right-of-way
and lying within a strip of land 60'in width with the following
described centerline:
Commencing at the centerline of Broadway at a monument
shown on the Lewis-Elliott Addition No.2,3720'to the
centerline of Ash Street,as recorded with the Grant County Auditor
and recorded in Vol.5 of Plats,page 27,thence S 53°42'W 725.7',
thence N 36°18W 50',thence S 25°09'W 519 .69',thence S 64°51*
E 30'to the true point of beginning,thence through a curve to the
right whose central angle is 71o13'30M and a radius is 225.13 for
a distance of 279.79",thence through a curve to the left whose
central angle is 95°49'and a radius is 195.26'for a distance
of 357.20*to the P.T.of that curve which is shown at the most
northerly corner of the Sunset Park Addition Plat on file with the
Grant County Auditor,having the same radius as the aforesaid curve
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL and APPROVEp by the Mayor this 5th day of
October,1964.
