RESOLUTION NO.371
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL
ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,
FOR PUBLIC ROADWAY PURPOSES
WHEREAS,Resolution No.2 38 provides that all grants of real estate
or any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake shall not be accepted
until a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City
Council,and
WHEREAS,CHIEF MOSES POST NO.2 09,THE AMERICAN LEGION,has
present a Quit Claim Deed conveying property to the City of Moses
Lake,NOW,THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED:That the Quit Claim Deed for the following described
property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
The East 10 feet of a parcel of land lying partly in Tract
1 Replat of Park Orchard Tracts,according to the plat
thereof filed February 2,1925,and in Tract 3,Park
Orchard Tracts,according to the plat thereof filed
December 7,1914,records of Grant County,Washington,
described as follows:
Beginning at the East Quarter Corner of Section 15,
Township 19 North,Range 28 EWM,Grant County,Wash
ington,thence North 89°51,56"West 30 feet to the
Easterly boundary of said Tract 1;thence North 0°14'29"
East 1072.71 feet along said Easterly boundary to the true
point of beginning;thence South 0°14,29"West 131.86
feet;thence North 89036'32"West 330 feet;thence North
0°14,29"East 130.38 feet;thence South 89°51'56"East
33 0 feet to the true point of beginning.
PASSED BY THE City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 10th day
of August,1965 .
