373RESOLUTION NO.373 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON FOR PUBLIC ROADWAY PURPOSES WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate or any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake shall not be accepted until a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council,and WHEREAS,A.W.CORDELL and NAOMI O.CORDELL,husband and wife, and JOHN H.LEE and MARY M. LEE,husband and wife,have presented a Quit Claim Deed conveying property to the City of Moses Lake,NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:That the Quit Claim Deed for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: The East 10 feet of that portion of Tract 3 of Plat of Park Orchard Tracts,as per plat filed December 7,1914,and that portion of Tract 1,Replat of Park Orchard Tracts,as per plat filed February 2,1925,records of Grant County, Washington,and described as follows: Beginning at the Quarter Corner common to Section 14 and 15 in Township 19 North,Range 28 EWM,thence North 89051'56"West along the East and West centerline of Section 15 a distance of 30 feet,thence North 0°14'29" East along a line which is parallel and 30 feet Westerly from the East line of said Section 15 a distance of 1172.26 feet to a point which is South 0°14'29"West 110 feet from the most Northerly corner of said Tract 1,and which point is the true point of beginning,thence North 89°08'55"West parallel to the North line of said Tract 3 a distance of 435.6 feet,thence North 0°14,29"East 150 feet more or less to a point on the North line of said Tract 3,thence South 89°08'55"East along the North line of said Tract 3, a distance of 435.6 feet to the Northeast corner thereof, thence South 0°14'29"West along the East line of said Tracts 3 and 1,a distance of 150 feet more or less to the true point of beginning.
