RESOLUTION No.378
A RESOLUTION FIXING THE DATE FOR AND PLACE OF
HEARING UPON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL OF LOCAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT No.2 0 AND DIRECTING THE
CITY CLERK TO GIVE NOTICE OF THE HEARING AND OF
THE TIME AND PLACE THEREOF
WHEREAS the final assessment roll of Local Improvement District No.20
established by Ordinance No.519 for the improvement of Market Street
from a point 250 feet West of the centerline of Grape Drive to Paxson Drive
by grading,graveling,constructing and installing storm drainage,curbs,
sidewalks and asphaltic concrete pavement has been prepared by the Public
Works Director,Pat Nevins,and is on file with the City Clerk ,NOW,THERE
FORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON
that the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No.2 0 on file with the
City Clerk is hereby accepted and a hearing thereon shall be held before the
City Council at 8:00 PM on December 14,1965,in the Council Chambers,City
Hall,Moses Lake,Washington,to consider all objections made,will set as a
Board of Equalization for the prupose of considering the roll and shall correct,
revise,raise,lower,change or modify the roll,or any part thereof,or set aside
the roll and order the assessment to be made de novo and at the conclusion
thereof confirm the roll by ordinance.The City Clerk is authorized and directed
to give notice of the hearing and of the time and place thereof in accordance with
the provisions of RCW 35.44.080 and 35.44.090.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of
Moses Lake,Washington,at a regular meeting thereof,this 9th day of November,
1965.
